These are great ideas. I recently switched up my nighttime routine to shut ups laptops, phones, watches, and iPads an hour before bed. I put the computer away whereas it use to stay on my bed always available. I think most people are too hooked on being available all the time, I was. Some people think if you don’t get back to them within a few minutes that you’re ignoring them. It’ crazy. Thank you for the tips.
