  • Inner Peace: Do you have ways to relax and feel calm?

Think about what you’re doing to learn and grow:


  • What Are You Doing Now?: Are you learning new things or trying different activities?
  • Are You Happy With Your Progress?: How do you feel about the things you’re learning or trying?

After thinking about all these things, look at what you wrote down. See if you notice any patterns or things that need fixing.


  • What Are You Good At?: Think about what’s going well in your life.
  • What Needs Work?: Look at the things that’s not going so great.
  • Do You See Any Big Themes?: Notice if there are any big ideas that keep repeating in different areas of your life.

4. Make Goals and a Plan

Based on what you found, make some specific goals for each part of your life. Make sure they’re things you can measure and do.

  • Make a Plan: Figure out the steps you need to take to reach your goals.
  • Set a Deadline: Decide when you want to reach your goals by.
